Corey Hodges aka Lil Corey was the definition of child prodigy. Born in Atlanta, GA eighteen years ago, music has always been the focal point of Corey’s life. Besides trying to mimic the R&B songs his mother played around her house, Young Corey was fascinated with the piano and by age five, taught himself to play by ear. “My grandmother had a piano in her sitting room and id watch her play, trying to get the timing right.
